Speed Stacks Privacy Statement for Children
Speed Stacks is committed to protecting the privacy of kids online. We comply with the FTC Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and Rule (COPPA and COPPR).

Speed Stacks does not solicit or collect personal information, such as Email addresses, from children under 13 years of age without verifiable consent from parents or guardians.

As an additional step towards compliance with COPPA and COPPR, Speed Stacks specifically recommends that children check with their parents or teachers before clicking on to any new sites. We further ask you to enter your family's or teacher's 'Email address' in all submission forms and contact. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Information We Collect and Store:
In almost all activities, the information we collect is non-personal (such as first name, age, city and state). If you enter a contest, send us a question or send an electronic postcard, we will also ask for an e-mail address.
