"About 6 months ago our adapted PE teacher brought back a stack of cups [with Speed Stacks] to my 3-5 grade special education room. He said he got it from a PE convention he had recently attended.

As an endorsed P.E. teacher myself, and into just about anything that is competitive, I took them home and played with them over the weekend. Wow was this awesome! I was hooked and thought I have to get my kids involved in this.

I have 15 special needs students ranging from learning disabilities to multiple disabilities. My hope was to get them at least to do a few of the low advanced skills such as the three stack and possibly the 3,3,3 stack. Now after 6 months of 15 minutes a day, 10 of my 15 students are doing the complete cycle. Two of my students, according to your 5th grade results finder divisions, would be ranked unofficially in the top 10 posting scores of 11.24 and 13.10. They do not even have cups of their own! They use them during 15 minutes of earned time a day in my room and that's it! Imagine how fast if they had their own at home.

They are going to be in our local paper for winning an unofficial contest at a local school in our district. They brought the house down. At their 5th grade talent show they stunned the audience with their speed and did a freestyle "21 stack" as a finale. I also have a student who only has the use of 1 hand and can do the complete cycle!
