Speed Stacks held workshops during the event for up 100 physical education teachers coming from all over Wales.

Sport Stacking proved a huge hit with the delegates, who had great time learning the different stacks and some took to floor to demonstrate their skills in relay races!

 
         
   
The emphasis of these workshops, was to demonstrate how, when using sport stacking as a "kinaesthetic activity", students could be helped to develop important skills in key areas such as, concentration and focus, whilst at the same time improving hand-eye coordination and bi-lateral proficiency.
