William Orrell put an exclamation point on the 2013 AAU Junior Olympic Games by hitting a world record time of 1.911 seconds in the 3-6-3 during the Stack of Champions. Fellow stackers rushed the court when the time was validated after video review. William set the new record in dramatic form on his third and final attempt. The 14-year old from North Carolina beat the previous record of 1.932 seconds set in March, 2013 by William Polly. In addition to his new world record, Orrell took second place overall in the Individual All-Around at the Junior Olympic Games Sport Stacking Championships, which took place in Detroit, Michigan on July 26th & 27th. Congratulations William!
